Lift Your Head Up app for iPhone and iPad

The LYHU app will be a legacy in itself that can be used by many aspects of the community. Generating interest within the public and inspiring children will be at the core of this initiative to give a sense of local pride via historical, social, artistic and interactive reference.

On a public note, the interactive web updates will give life to the work that has been achieved throughout the THI (Townscape Heritage Initiative) project and especially the app itself. The app will show the buildings as part of the regeneration scheme which will explain the importance of the building to the town, its design and architecture as well as its use in the past.

The VC Gallery is situated in the centre of the THIS area and has a rich social tapestry to the building itself but also to the relationships to the other buildings surrounding it with stories that many people dont realize the history contained in this area. Being within the THI area and working within the community on a daily basis gives our staff the ability to do a snap gap analysis on both the general public needs but also the surrounding retail owners and understanding the changes physically to the buildings and importantly its heritage
